REI Women’s Business Center assists entrepreneurs wanting to explore the opportunities of starting or expanding a business. Business counseling, technical assistance and training opportunities are available.

REI Business Lending

REI Business Lending provides needed capital to allow Oklahoma businesses and communities to prosper, increase jobs and expand opportunities. Loans range from $1,500 to more than $10 million.

REI Down Payment

REI Down Payment Assistance provides down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible borrowers through partnerships with lenders across the state.

REI NABC

REI Native American Business Centers deliver technical assistance and training programs in an effort to build successful Native American and minority-owned businesses.
